Wanbei Coal and Electricity Group Co., Ltd. is one of the 12 key enterprise groups in the province.
It was established in 1984 and employs 46,000 people. Its main business is coal, coal chemical industry and logistics trade. After 30 years of development, especially in the past 10 years, the company has significantly improved its scale and strength. It has 26 subsidiaries including listed company Hengyuan Coal and Electricity, and its industrial land spans seven provinces and fifteen cities.
“Wanbei Coal and Electricity” was renamed by the Wanbei Mining Bureau in January 1986. Most of the business of the unit originated from the coal mining industry, so the use of mining cables is also particularly high, in order to improve the safety of each. “Wanbei Coal and Electricity” decided to establish its own laboratory. Finally, they purchased a set of flame retardant test equipment at the end of last year to ensure that the cables for each batch of downholes are qualified.
