Wire and Cable Bundle Burning Tester AH68013

Wire and Cable Bundle Burning Tester AH68013 is used to evaluate vertical installation of bundled wire and cable or optical cable to suppress vertical flame propagation under specified conditions. Be applied to the standard GB/T18380. (31-36)-2008 of “Cable and optical cable in the flame burning experiment conditions setting, perpendicular installation of bundles of wires and cables vertical flame spreading test”, and also IEC60332-3-10: 2000.

Technical parameters:

  • Burning chamber uses 70mm thickness double-sided stainless steel rock wool board assembled, inner size: 1000*2000*4000mm.
  • One inlet space of 800(W)*400(D), at the bottom of chamber, 150mm to chamber front wall. Air intake: 5m3/h.
  • Outlet space of 300(W)*1000(D)mm, at the top of chamber.
  • Standard stainless steel ladder size: 500(W)*3500(H)mm, 1 pcs.
  • Wide stainless steel ladder size: 800(W)*3500(H)mm, 1 pcs.
  • Strip standard propane burner unit, 2 pcs
  • Venturi gas mixing device, 2 pcs
  • Pressure gauge and pressure reducing valve device, can adjust propane and air press into 0.1 Mpa.
  • Rotameter to regulate and set gas flow.
  • The chamber has steel ladders and railings for easy detection at the top.
  • Equipped with ball valve to close the air supply manually.
  • Can automatically set the burning test time, when the time is over, the air source will be cut off automatically.
  • Thermocouple inside the chamber, which can display the internal temperature.
  • Anemometer 1 pcs, used to measure the wind speed at the top of chamber.
