Carbon black content Test Device is applicable to GB/T2951.41—2008 “Test methods for insulation and sheathing materials for cables and cables. Part 41. Test methods for polyethylene and polypropylene mixtures. Carbon black and mineral fillers in polyethylene. Determination of the content – direct combustion method standard, used in the case of polyethylene or PVC cable required for low temperature winding test. Equivalent to the IEC60811-4-1:2004 standard, in place of the GB/T2951.4-1997 standard.

Test device:
The device is divided into three parts: electrical and temperature control box, heating furnace and heating tube, gas source treatment and regulation. In order to meet the requirements of GB/T2951.41-2008, the polyethylene sample can be heated up to standard requirement in the quartz tube. The device adopts 30-stage temperature control program, each of which can control the intelligent temperature control instrument, so that the heating speed can meet the standard requirements. The heating furnace of the device is made of high-quality thermal insulation material, and has excellent thermal insulation performance. The outer casing is made of stainless steel and has a long service life.
